Graphic Designer (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who can support client engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating concepts and creating designs in a collaborative environment, and will possess a sophisticated design and typographic aesthetic, as well as a keen understanding of digital, print, and experiential design. A genuine interest in topics relating to health, wellness, and human resource programs is also a plus!.


  • Have a clear understanding of our client’s brands visual objectives, and ensure that standards and creative guidelines are met
  • Inform and assist colleagues in understanding design and visual specifications
  • Act as a creative problem-solver, with the ability to proactively work with complex briefs and rationalize solutions
  • Act as a good communicator with great presentation skills, who works collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrate design experience, combined with a strong commercial eye and high attention to detail

Digital eLearning Designer

The successful candidate will work closely with the Creative Director and other team members involved including Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers and Project Managers.


  • Design engaging learning experiences that include eLearning, animated learning videos, microlearning and gamification.
  • Create interactive online course content using Articulate Storyline and Rise, including text, audio, video and animation.
  • Design courses with adult instructional design principles and theories while ensuring learning outcomes are aligned.
  • Develop and gather supporting graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Work independently on tasks delegated by Creative Director.


  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills in English (French is an asset).
  • Formal creative design and/or instructional design certification.
  • Ability to apply creative thinking to each project and generate new ideas and concepts.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience using Articulate Storyline/Rise to develop engaging learning experiences.
  • High level of attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Articulate Storyline’s basic and advanced features such as (but not limited to) triggers, slide masters, states, games, and interactions.
  • Experience transforming courses from the storyboard phase.

Role Overview:

Our Toronto office is currently recruiting for a Junior Graphic Designer in our Marketing & Business Development Department, reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications. This role requires a candidate who will be responsible for supporting and promoting the Cassels brand – both internally and externally – by creating innovative and engaging visuals across a broad range of print and digital platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Create, coordinate, and execute — from start to finish — the design of a wide range of print and digital marketing collateral, both independently and in support of the Senior Graphic Designer.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality.
