We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/ Business Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. You will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospective customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you. As a Sales/ Business Development Representative, your role involves identifying new business opportunities through email marketing, cold calling, and engaging with prospects. You will focus on using your excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships, guiding them from the initial contact to a seamless handover to the Sales Manager.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Prospect and identify potential customers and business opportunities
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and Value of the software solutions.
  • Showcase the value and benefits of the products and solutions through compelling product demonstrations and presentations. Your ability to articulate the unique selling points will be instrumental in driving sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software products, competitors, and industry trends to effectively position solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and targets set by the organization.
  • Track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of deals.
  • Gather feedback from prospects and clients to inform product development and improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing, and technical specialist teams to ensure alignment and seamless client onboarding.
  • Nurture and manage leads through the sales pipeline to achieve successful closure
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software and services and how they can solve customer needs and pain points
  • It is expected that a healthy volume of opportunities will be created to result in Zoom meetings/calls with the Sales Manager. To make a minimum of 100 calls per day sourced from both marketing leads and self-identified prospects.
  • Support clients through Phone Calls, Emails, Online Chats, and Social Media channels.
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Ideal Profile

  • Excellent English both in verbal and written communications skills to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B software and solution sales, with a focus on IT and solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Technical understanding of CRM concepts and software solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge and Experience in MS Office, such as Word, Excel, CRM Software, and Outlook
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent with a high level of initiative
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Fast Reliable Wired Internet
  • Working laptops/Desktop and Router
  • Good and conducive working environment
  • Willing to work night shift from 11:00 pm Manila to 8:00 am Manila
