Director, Digital Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital performance marketing team. This person leads the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive ARR growth and achieve pipeline goals in the B2C and B2B business. They are accountable for digital demand generation and performance results end-to-end across the buyer journey from first touch at the top of the funnel to conversion to paid accounts..

This leader’s primary measure of success is ARR growth from self-service and sales pipeline generation across SMB’s, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments in North America, EMEA and APAC. They are responsible for meeting quarterly, and yearly forecasts while managing an eight figure budget to ensure efficient spend. Your expertise in digital marketing and leadership skills will play a pivotal role in achieving our organizational goals and creating a well-functioning demand generation machine.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search, SEM and ABM, plus 4+ years of management experience
  • 6+ years of B2B/B2C experience, 2+ years of cyber security experience
  • Experience managing agencies to drive accountability and top-notch performance
  • Expert-level analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and drive growth. Expertise with A/B testing, and other experimentation methods
  • Passion for creating exceptional high-performing user experiences and delivering business growth

The analytics team is a highly skilled group dedicated to extracting insights from data for strategic decision-making, comprising of product analytics, marketing analytics, HR analytics, and data science. Through expertise in data analysis and visualization, the team empowers our cross-functional partners at 1Password with actionable recommendations to optimize business performance.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada. This position will be for 4 months – May to August 2024.

We are currently looking for a tech-savvy Digital Growth Manager with superior e-commerce and digital marketing skills.

Reporting to the Head of International Markets, you are responsible for coordinating paid and unpaid marketing initiatives in your market with the objective of growing brand awareness and sales across a portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform market research and competitor analysis;
  • Implement PPC strategies to grow brand awareness and conversions, including Google Search, Display, YouTube and Facebook paid marketing campaigns;
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search console;
  • Plan a dedicated marketing budget and monitor marketing spend accordingly;
  • · Grow and leverage local e-mail marketing channels using tools such as Mailchimp;
