Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in A/V Engineering, with a focus on video engineering and IT.
  • Proven experience in managing a control room, with a strong understanding of design, layout, and HMI.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.

Engineering Manager

About the Position

The Engineering Manager will help guide and drive several aspects of the organization with the goal of producing, maintaining, and sustaining Murmuration software platforms. These aspects vary depending upon the need but generally include touching on all aspects of software delivery from feature inception, architectural design, development methodologies, and finally to production deployment. The Engineering Manager will be expected to provide senior technical leadership on all aspects from software architecture to code reviews, as well as support, coach, and mentor junior, mid-level, and senior engineers

Director of Engineering

This is an ON SITE role at Sunny Isles Beach, Florida (Remote)

JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible for all aspects of the Engineering department to include the proper operation, maintenance and repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, pools/water features, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, life safety, electrical and mechanical equipment/systems. Develop, coordinate and monitor all guest rooms and public spaces, equipment, and PM programs to ensure the reliability, safety, and comfort of all staff, guest, and residents. Supervise, train and manage all Engineering staff.

Engineering work shops, all areas of the resort.

Engineering and Implementation Manager

Description
The Engineering and Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all engineering projects and initiatives to ensure seamless integration of projects through the program engineering pipeline. The Engineering and Implementation Manager is a change agent, defining new ways of developing product and packaging solutions internally and externally, and helping the organization become more effective and Agile. The EIM manages a large team of experienced professionals, leading, directing and reviewing the work of the team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. The EIM provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, and reward authority with manager review and approval.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing and directing engineering staff to meet objectives for design, new product development and improvement of existing designs, overseeing design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products/designs/technology or improvement of existing ones.
  • Also responsible for formulating aspects of engineering design proposal resource requirements, planning, and developing engineering requirements to develop new markets.
  • Provides measurable input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans to implement organizational strategies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years or prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
  • Experience managing engineering and operations personnel supporting a similar technical environment and overseeing the execution of projects for a large, complex program involving service desk support, network and data center operations, end user computer services, and IT managed services.
  • Certified ITIL 4 Specialist High-Velocity IT.

Pay Range

This an opportunity to join an industry leading renewable energy venture and IPP with strong private equity backing that is focused on the development/execution of dynamic utility-scale energy storage projects. They are at the forefront of the industry, have accumulated over 9GW of projects in a relatively short period of time, and are currently in an accelerated expansion phase.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Renewables Electrical Commissioning Manager – Takes over the commissioning engineering and planning functions for the company’s utility-scale battery storage assets across ISO/RTOs nationwide to ensure projects are set-up to reach peak performances and revenue opportunities are maximized
  • Renewables Electrical Commissioning Manager – Develops and implements site based commissioning plans for standalone utility-scale battery storage assets in a growing operational portfolio
  • Renewables Electrical Commissioning Manager – Works cross-functionally with transmission interconnection, asset management, and EPC teams as an SME on all thing related to the project commissioning life-cycle including the development of key milestones

QUALIFICATIONS:
